Practical guides. Clear next steps.

Work through one job at a time, from a real file, and finish with a record you can check.

These ten guides cover the point where a draft already exists and the open question is what to check before it leaves your hands. Each page takes one job — a summary, a long document, an email, a set of meeting notes, an exported PDF, a folder of images — and writes down the fields, limits and checks that make the result reviewable. Where a version, a size or a price matters, the number sits beside the page it came from and the date it was read.

The collection follows the work in front of you. Write & research covers source checking, long documents and email rewrites. Meet & follow up covers notes, action items and handovers. Create & present covers delivery checks, resizing and image formats. The three task pages gather the same guides and add the links between neighbouring jobs.

If you are new to the site, read Check an AI summary against its source document and Summarize a long document in sections you can verify first; the habit they share — locate the claim, then mark it — is assumed by the other eight. After that, take the guide that matches the file on your desk.

This column does not score or rank products, and it reports no measured performance from a product test. It leaves a record instead: a table, a checklist or an export the next reader can pick up, with anything unconfirmed written as Not checked.
