Run ten delivery checks before a file leaves your desk
A runner for the last pass over a presentation, an image export or a document. Record what you checked, what did not hold and what is still open, then take the record with you.
What this does not do
- It does not open or read your file. You answer the checks yourself.
- It does not upload, sync or back up anything.
- It does not judge layout, wording, colour, file size or print quality.
- It does not score, grade, rank or recommend the deliverable.

The wording is copied from the ToolVerity export checklist. Rewrite any line if your delivery needs a different question.

Keep a record of the pass
The CSV uses the same column names as the downloadable tables on this site: Deliverable, Check, Status, Notes.

How to use it
- Name the deliverable and choose its type. Both values travel with the export, so a printed sheet can still be identified months later.
- Work down the ten checks and set each one to Pass, Fail, Not checked or Unassigned. The file-level questions overlap with Check a presentation before exporting to PDF.
- Add a short note wherever a check failed or a decision is still open.
- To see the four states in use, press Load example and read the table with the fictional label in mind. Reset to the ten defaults clears it again.
- Download the CSV, copy the Markdown into a task tracker or print the page, and keep the record beside the release file. Resize a design without losing the important parts covers the dimension question in the first row.

ToolVerity writes and checks its own pages, and this runner is part of how a delivery page is assembled: the ten questions are copied from the export checklist file that the site publishes. The site does not run laboratory product tests, and this runner does not test your file for you — it records your answers.

Questions
Does the runner keep what I type?
No. The table lives in this page while the tab is open: your answers are not saved to the browser and no request carries them to a server, so closing the tab discards them. Export or print before you leave.
Which state fits a check you cannot confirm?
State words are fixed across this site: Pass — checked and it holds; Fail — checked and it does not hold; Not checked — not checked yet; Unassigned — nobody has taken the row on yet. Pass, Fail and Not checked are the three verdicts on a row; Unassigned records who owns it, not whether it holds. On this page a row is one delivery check, so use Not checked when the check was never performed and Unassigned when nobody has taken responsibility for it yet. There is no partial credit and no score: the runner reports counts only.
